The general meeting 2009 is the first meeting to operate under the new bylaws of the Zope Foundation. We are here to discuss the status of the Zope Foundation, and to have a few items up for vote by the membership, the most important of which is the vote for the new board.
- Status of the Foundation
- We have several members who we are not in contact with anymore and did not reply to our request to make themselves known. We propose we move them to emeritus members of the Foundation.
- We propose the new board of directors shall have 7 members.
- Results of the votes for the new boards, and approval by the membership of this vote.
